Background:
Businesses need to become more adaptable and resilient in order to adjust to consumer changes post pandemic. Lloyds Bank revealed that small businesses who lacked the full Essential Digital Skills are nearly two and a half times more likely to close their business in the next two years compared to those with all six skills.
Norwich, King's Lynn and Great Yarmouth BIDs are seeking to deliver media and digital skills training for businesses within their targeted areas. The supplier will deliver training for businesses to equip them with the appropriate basic digital skills required to mitigate the impact of Covid19 and better prepare them for the rapidly changing future.
