All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal.
This procurement is for an outright purchase, to include delivery and installation of the required fork lift truck and charging unit, the required maintenance for a period of 3 years and staff training for 4 staff in the safe operation of the equipment.
• Procurement and delivery of a suitable fork lift, ideally before end March 2019 if this is available , eg; ex-stock
• Delivery and fitting of specified mast (if this is supplied separately)
• Installation of charging unit
• Training of 4 staff to operate the equipment in order to meet statutory health and safety requirements
• Establish routine service and maintenance for the equipment a period of three years.
Basic description of fork lift truck:
- 3-wheeled battery operated forklift
- Ride-on
- Operator guard
- Solid wheels (super-elastic tyres)
- Oil immersion brakes
- Overhead operator guard.
