Direct award (via exclusion) for a service to provide rapid testing to targeted / vulnerable individuals and isolation of
new infections, and will co-ordinate the supply and distribution of COVID19 testing kits to support
satellite testing for the Hull and East Riding authority areas.
Award made under 4.22.1 of the Councils Contract Procedure Rules:
