Description

 Ground Works to form and cast a reinforced concrete base, with retaining walls, including cable ducts
 Construction of a heavyweight building, to house a standby generator complete with acoustic treatment.
 The installation of a bulk oil storage tank complete with controls and pipework to generator set.
 Installation of a new BMS control system to monitor generator and oil systems and interface with the site BMS including connection to the Trust's HQ central BMS with additional graphics.
 New Low Voltage electrical distribution between generator and new Low voltage connection into the building, to replace existing electrical supply, including installation of new Low voltage power cables between the generator house and the existing intake switchboard within the Radbourne unit.
 Dis-connection and removal of existing electrical supply and isolation from the main hospital supply (will require cooperation of the hospital during this work
 Miscellaneous local electrical supplies within the locality of the generator house
