Description

HCC published a call-off from the Help to Live at Home Open framework.

A call-off for the Live-In Care service was undertaken through in-tend (reference AS18630) from 15 March to 31 March 2022.

The Live-in Care service will be delivered Countywide across Hampshire based on four Lots, primarily linked to an Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and hospital systems. However, referrals may come from any of the Hospitals within the Hampshire or outlying system or maybe a community referral. All referrals will be made to providers from the Council's Hospital Operational Teams or a Community Team with prior agreement by the Hospital team.

The service contract will be for an initial term up to 31st March 2024 with the option to extend for a further year.

Lots 1 and 4 were not awarded due to no bidders meeting the stated criteria for award.
