Description
University of Gloucestershire ('The Employer') has the requirement for an economical operator ('The Supplier') with relevant capacity, capability and experience to provide a fully managed catering service. The opportunity is split into two lots:
• Lot 1 is the scope of the current catering contract namely the existing Cheltenham sites plus the Oxstalls campus.
• Lot 2 is the new City Campus Café
The University may appoint a single supplier per lot or one supplier for both lots.
The high-level outputs for this service include, but may not be limited to:
• Catering management expertise
• Refectory meal/refreshment services for staff/students/visitors
• Coffee shop services
• Hospitality catering
• Out of hours service provision
The Employer currently has approximately 9,000 students and 1,000 staff.
This is a restricted procurement process and suppliers wishing to be considered for shortlisting for the opportunity to tender need to complete and submit the Standard Selection Questionnaire (Document 2 in the tender pack) by 2.30pm on Monday 19/12/2022.
