Description
West Lancashire Borough Council (the 'Council') invites tenders for the provision of a financial viability and funding options appraisal for replacement swimming pool/leisure facilities in Skelmersdale and Ormskirk, including but not limited to:
• In the context of the Partnership Agreement with HCA and St Modwens and the finances available, minimising revenue cost wherever possible, the development of a new sports centre in Skelmersdale replacing Nye Bevan swimming pool.
