Description

The contract is to provide parking spaces and the SSJ is justified because the supplier Inmobiliara Prieto Ruah is the building and
parking space owner and sole supplier as the only available option for where the office is located as there are not parking
spaces available in the area around the embassy. This supplier also provides security guards 24 hours in the parking areas with
two entrances to the parking that is and additional benefit in case of any emergency and from the security point of view
