The primary objective of the Contract is for a single contractor to single contractor to refurbish existing play park located in at Play Space Refurbishment at Rockingham Road Sunnybrow. The project is to replace the main play feature which has received high use and some vandalism over the years and is in a condition beyond economical repiar. Replacement will be modern design low maintenance and high play value with new impact absorbing surface
