Description

Our Document Evidence Service project aims to:

- Enable you to request to see electronic copies of the supporting information and evidence you need from residents and third parties easily
- Send these to you securely
- Provide a robust and reusable tool, which can be repurposed quickly and affordably for different services to use after the first set of colleagues start to use it.

We want to make it as simple as possible for residents to provide their evidence to services - if possible, we want them to be able to provide the evidence just once and access multiple services. We are exploring how we might do that, while meeting our legal and ethical obligations under GDPR.
