Description

These terms of reference are part of an invitation for one supplier or one consortium of suppliers to bid to design and deliver a real-time evaluation of the Connecting Classrooms through Global Learning (CCGL) programme. It is expected that the evaluation will run from October 2019 to June 2021.

CCGL is a three-year programme (2018-2021) which aims to build the capacity of teachers and school leaders to integrate a range of global learning and core skills into the curriculum, and to facilitate international partnerships between schools.

The programme will be implemented in the UK as well as in 29 overseas countries in the period July 2018 to June 2021 (see list of participating countries in Appendix 1). It is funded jointly by the British Council (£17m) and the Department for International Development (DFID) (£21m) and delivered by British Council.
