Description

The Contract primarily encompasses decorations and associated pre-decoration repairs which are carried out on an annual cyclical basis to TCHG properties. In addition both External Wall Insulation to existing properties and plastering related works (to New Build Developments) may be incorporated on an Ad-Hoc basis although the projected value of this work is unknown.
