Description

The works comprise the renovation and redecoration of all the windows (48 No) to a 3-storey Grade II listed building comprising 12 No. flats and the communal areas. All windows except 3 No. are timber sliding sash types with spiral sash balances.
The condition of the windows varies considerably with some needing complete replacement; some needing new beading, rails or joint repairs and others only requiring general overhaul, rubbing down and replacing.
