Description

Royal United Hospital Bath NHS Foundation Trust (RUH) had an ad-hoc requirement for a drainage provider.

It was essential for the Trust to act quickly and respond in a manner that was in the best interest of patients due to an infestation in the patient kitchen.

As such the stakeholder group went direct to a previously used provider to request, that they conduct the work.
