Description

To provide a schedule of rates that will be applied to a works model for the following building works:
o General Building Maintenance
o Decorations
o Plumbing
o Carpentry
o Burglary Remedial Works
o Burst Water Pipe Repairs

The contract period will be four years with the winning bidder being responsible for carrying out all specified works and invoicing from a single point of contact. The contractor will use signing in and out books on sites and invoice based on this data.
