The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for multi disciplinary consultancy services in regards to the Kroto Research Institute

Scope of Requirement:

The tenderer will be required to provide a multi-disciplinary design service from RIBA Stages 1-7 for the Kroto Research Institute.
The multidisciplinary design team should consist of, at a minimum the following core disciplines:
Building Surveyor/ Architect
Project Manager
Quantity Surveyor
Principal designer (CDM & B Regs)

The team should also consist of the following none core disciplines:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Structural engineering
