environmental consultancy services in support of Black Country Transport's (BCT) A4123 Walk/Cycle and Bus Measures Project.
The geographical scope of this extends along 17 km length of the A4123 from Snow Hill junction with A4150 ring road in Wolverhampton, through Dudley Borough to the Hagley Road A456 junction in Sandwell Borough.
