Description

Soft Market Testing in relation to Substance Misuse Services within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The Council is seeking to engage with suitably qualified providers within the market who deliver substance misuse or similar health focused services to gain the perspective on our intentions to the future commissioning and procurement plans of this service. The Council is seeking written responses via the soft market testing questionnaire hosted at Delta eSourcing.

To express an interest and participate in the soft market testing, providers must access and refer to the Soft Market Testing Questionnaire at www.delta-esourcing.com

Providers must register and log into the portal and find the Response Manager. Once on the Response Manager page, type in the access code HN7U235WVN .

Providers should then follow the on screen instructions.

Any queries or questions of clarification relating to this exercise must be submitted through the Delta E-Sourcing Portal. Please note that the deadline for submission of questionnaires is 13:00 on Tuesday 03 October 2017.
