Description
Remedial works are required to resolve roof damage at Sir John Moore House, Bodmin. A more detailed request for the works can be found within the roof inspection survey attached, site visits are encouraged, by appointment. Work required Boat Store Building
Slate repairs/replacement and minor repointing works

We will require the quotation to be itemised for each of the above actions as the work may need to be part of an actioned priority list.
The Property
The property is a grade 2 listed building which consists of a main, link and annex building along with store rooms and separate laboratory. The main, annex building, boat store and laboratory have pitched roofs and are covered with natural slate and ridge tiles bedded in motar. The flat roofs on the east and west side of the main building as well as the link building are covered with bitumen felt and central high level roof in GRP.
Tenders will be evaluated based on price, skills and experience, programme of works and CDM competence; for further details please see the attached evaluation matrix.
