The Services delivered from St Neots Health Centre & Maple Surgery are General Medical Services to registered patients from the St Neots and Cambridgeshire area.

St Neots Health Centre is encompassed with a Walk-in element, which is funded over and above the contract value price for the health centre, this is capped at 33 appointments per day at a rate of £16.50 per patient.
Maple Surgery incorporates the villages of Bar Hill, Dry Drayton, Longstanton, Boxworth, Swavsey, Girton, Willingham Oakington and Over. Maple Surgery has a weighted list size of 3303.96 patients and 3618 actual list size as of January 2019.
The contracts for both services are due to commence on 1 December 2019. The contract period will be confirmed following feedback from Providers and approval from NHS England. TUPE will be applicable to the contracts.
