Description
A2Dominion Housing Group Limited and its subsidiaries are inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors experienced in design and construction to enter into a long term (4 year) Framework Agreement to provide Works. Works commissioned by the Contracting Authority are predominantly but not exclusively 'new build' in nature and may involve, either wholly or partly, refurbishment or rehabilitation and/or repair. Works will usually involve the design and construction of residential properties, often mixed tenure and may also include full or partial design and/or construction of commercial premises. Works may occasionally involve the full or partial design and/or construction of other non-residential types of property, for example schools, highways, foot/road bridges and substations.
