Description

The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is seeking Expression of Interest (by completing the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) from competent local suppliers for Provision Of Security Guarding Services For The British High Commission In New Delhi, Deputy British High Commissions, and British Council And British Offices Across India.
The British High Commission (BHC) network in India is the FCDO's one of the largest and platform hosts staff from a range of Partners across Government. The Contract (on FCDO's Terms & Conditions) will be initially for the period of 3 years (36
months). Tentative commencement on 1st September 2022. The contract will have potential for two twelve-month extensions.
Interested suppliers should submit their Expression of Interest to participate in the full tender exercise for this assignment by completing the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire on FCDO's E-Procurement Portal (https://FCDO.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.shtml). This
will require registration and then look for Project No 7751. Guidance for completing your responses on FCDO's E-Procurement Portal is attached in this mail.

The Contracting Authority will be holding Supplier Engagement events online. The supplier engagement event will offer a chance to brief suppliers on our requirements and procurement approach, and there will be an opportunity for supplier questions. Date and Timings of this event will be informed via Jaggaer messaging services.
Suppliers who wish to attend this event should register their interest, by replying to this message on the Jaggaer system by 17.00 India Time on Tuesday 15th March 2022 at the latest.
