Description
Cumbria County Council is inviting tenders for the routine grounds maintenance of all corporate sites Countywide.
The proposed strategy for grounds maintenance for all corporate sites is to procure these on the basis of six geographical areas Carlisle, Eden, Allerdale, Copeland, Barrow and South Lakeland. Sites in scope include Offices, Libraries, Care Homes, Day Centres, and Fire Stations.
At present there are around 162 sites within this Tender however this number may reduce over the term of the contract as the Council continues its programme of consolidation of Assets.
The work comprises of grounds maintenance operations as indicated in the Pricing Documents.
