Description

The Customer Fulfillment Programme is one of the key priorities in the transformation programme with the appointment of a delivery partner vital in supporting the Council to deliver significant savings. With the aim to significantly redesign and reimagine these services so they; better meet resident needs; are digital by default and are; as efficient as possible in line with the borough's wider vision for Transformation.
