Description
The Authority is seeking support with the production of a Borough wide Climate Emergency Action Plan to underpin the declaration of the full Councils agreement to declare a climate emergency on 25th July 2019.
We require the development of a quantified carbon neutral scenario, up to 2050, built around a review of our existing plans and supplemented with a series of programmes, projects and measures which we could develop over the reporting period.
