Description

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) is seeking a tenderer to evaluate its Essential Digital Skills Workforce Development Programme.
The aim of this project is to evaluate the extent to which the Essential Digital Skills Workforce programme has prepared teachers in a variety of settings to deliver the Essential Digital Skills (EDS) entitlement. The evaluation will focus on the effectiveness of the design, delivery and structure of the original programme.
This evaluation will seek to identify both the impact on the participants in the programme, in terms of their increased skills and professional development, as well as the impact on their organisation and learners. It will an understanding of the success of the programme for the participants, the organisations and learners, and therefore sector as a whole. It will enable ETF to provide reports to DfE on the value and success of the programme, and identify any future potential changes or improvements required.
