Description

The Council wishes to invite further competition responses for a contractor to undertake a programme of kitchen, bathroom, rewire, heating, composite door installations and internal Licensed Asbestos removal in the Council's Wimpey "no fines" social housing stock.
The contract is for 9 months subject to performance and the Council's requirements with an option to extend for up to an additional 3 months subject to the Council's requirements.

The anticipated contract commencement date is Mon 25/04/2022
The budget for this contract is up to £3.5 million approx. excluding VAT in its entirety assuming all options to extend the contract are taken up. Please Note: The Council reserves the right to reject any submissions that are over budget without further evaluation.
