Description

BIS Research & Evaluation Framework Lot 1

Government is supporting a programme of area reviews of post 16 education and training. Each area review aims to establish the best institutional structure to offer high quality provision based on the current and future needs of learners and employers within the local area.
This programme will involve about 40 local area reviews. They are being undertaken in 5 waves. BIS wishes to procure data and analytical support for the last three waves of reviews, circa 25. It is possible that similar data products will be required for the first two waves, a total of 15. Your proposal should present separate costs and timings for waves 1 and 2.
The main objective is to produce materials which summarise complicated situations/delivery of education and training in an area review and allows steering group members to reach conclusions. To maximise value, the materials must be capable of supporting user manipulation.
