Description

The BBC is acting on its own, and on behalf of its commercial subsidiaries within BBC Commercial Holdings Limited, including BBC Studios, to conduct a competitive procurement with the intention of appointing one (1) Service Provider for the provision of - Air, Ferry, International Rail Booking Services.

The Service Provider will manage the end-to-end process of sourcing, booking and managing the BBC's spend for air, ferry and international rail travel - as outlined within the tender documents.

The value of the contract covers the maximum total spend over the contracts term, including extensions - incorporating fares, fees to the Service Provider, in addition to the cost of bookings made by BBC Commercial Holdings Limited. It is not indicative of what the appointed Service Provider will be remunerated for their services, or what the BBC is committed to spend for air, ferry and international rail travel under the contract.

The value of spend for the contract, is expected to range between - £65,750,000 and £92,050,000.
