Description

ACSL is the construction delivery subsidiary company of Paragon ASRA Housing Limited (Paragon ASRA), which is a housing association and Registered Provider of social housing. Paragon ASRA Housing Limited provides housing across the Midlands, London and the South East offering a range of housing solutions from affordable rent and independent living to shared ownership and outright sale for those in need.

The Project aims to deliver a four-storey development consisting of approximately 87 residential units at a site located at Britannia House, Pool Road, West Molesey (the Site). Paragon ASRA aims to regenerate the site to provide a pleasant living environment for residents.

The Project has achieved planning permission and aims to deliver approximately 87 units of which there are:
28 one bedroom (two person) flats;
30 two bedroom (three person) flats;
19 two bedroom (four person) flats;
6 three bedroom (five person) flats; and
4 three bedroom (five person) houses.

The scheme consists of 3 blocks plus a terrace of four (4) houses with associated services, landscaping, cycle storage and car parking areas.

All the units will be required to meet:

the minimum size requirements of the new nationally described space standardand the London Housing Design Guide August 2010; and
the principles of Secure by Design; and
the plans approved by Elmbridge Borough Council,
and as described further in the Employer's Requirements.

The anticipated value of the Project is approximately twenty three million pounds (£23,000,000) excluding VAT. Tenderers should note that this sum is indicative only and is not to be read as a fixed or final cost.
