Description

South Cambridgeshire District Council are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to: Tender for Design and Build Block of 10 Garages, Medcalfe Road, Melbourn .
SCDC will require the successful contractor to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides value for money to the Council and its residents.
General description of works:
Design, supply and erect 10 No. prefabricated concrete garage units, using existing concrete base and connecting to existing soakaways. Existing garage will be cleared by SCDC leaving a clear concrete slab in preparation for works to commence.
