Description
The procurement aims to provide 300 home visits to vulnerable residents over 65, those with a long term health condition and households on a low income with children under 5, improve health and wellbeing, make their homes warmer and alleviate fuel poverty. The procurement will pilot an enhanced service for 40 people at risk of falls.
