Description

The University has an in-house marketing and communications team which includes two designers to cover all design elements; however insufficient resource and capability to cover all the demand across the University.Therefore we require a roster of Design Agencies who we can support, add value, and drive the University's design requirements further in line with our proposed vision. By carrying out such exercise opens up an opportunity for the University to understand the market, its availability and strategic competencies to deliver innovation on the contract. The core requirements in terms of service requirements are now understood from the previous contract alongside what the University expect from the suppliers will help mitigate the risk of poor and inconsistent delivery.
Procurement Objectives
• Reduce non-contracted spend outside of the framework
• Improve efficiency and economies of scale.
• Provide a seamless process for end users.
• Improve on the current SLA in terms of response to quotes and deadlines.
• Improve quality management of end publications; this shall be achieved by having a comprehensive defined scope of requirements and understanding each providers strengths.

• Delivering concepts, ideas and content for integrated campaigns
• Supporting the in-house graphic designers when required
