Description

DE&S is undertaking an initial market engagement to shape the development of a new 2-year support model for Primavera Toolset Support. The support model will become operative from August 2020, following an extensive knowledge transfer from the incumbent supplier, planned for Q2 2020.

This support model has been divided into two PINs. PIN 1 is Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) and PIN 2 is Application Support.

PIN 2:

DE&S have a requirement for Application Functional and Technical Support around the following product set:
• EPPM
• P6 Pro
• Unifier
• Gateway,
• Primavera Risk Analyser,
• Team Member
• ETL from P6 / Unifier to Primavera Analytics
• Oracle Business Intelligence

There is a requirement for the supplier to evidence product and project controls subject-matter expertise, with the ability to scale to support a 12,000 user-base. Training and user adoption support will be supplied by DE&S, but the supplier is expected to provide the highest levels of functional expertise in the use of the above toolsets.

Technical duties will include management of configuration changes in support of BAU operation, patching and product upgrades across entire suite. SC clearance required for all staff that will need to be UK-based.
