Description

Evidence from the NHS's Pay Review Body (successive years) and Staff Survey suggests flexible working is not having traction on the ground as intended. This business case is to establish a proof-of-concept Flexible Working project. The project focuses on senior leaders, those who influence the approach that line managers adopt in how/if flexible working is offered to staff who all have the right to request flexible working from day one of employment.

A full description of the requirement can be found in the ITQ document once suppliers have registered their interest.

Please note: the budget for this work is £65,000 exclusive of VAT.
