Description

SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide an integrated contract for responsive and void repairs, heating servicing & maintenance, cyclical and planned works to the Council Housing Stock.

The contract is for an initial term of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 5 years (up to 15 years in total). Estimated contract values reflect the minimum term of 5 years (core works only) up to the maximum term of 15 years (core works and optional additional works).
