Description

For the provision of a Research Business Management Platform at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust in respect;

Option 1 Host, maintain - including any bug fixes and updates - and ensure delivery of the Authority owned System and procure additional capacity to develop the System further at the direction of the Authority. Exclusive direction of new development is essential, i.e. the Authority decides what new developments are implemented.

Option 2 Supply, including hosting, maintenance and delivery of a replacement System which meets the Authority's current specification at the point of deployment and 'go-live' which has as a minimum, all of the functionality within the current System and to procure additional capacity to develop the System at the direction of the Authority to ensure our bespoke research requirements are met and maintained. Exclusive direction of new development is essential i.e. the Authority decides what new developments are implemented to its own instance of the system.

Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) 2006 (TUPE) will apply to this Contract.

Bidders will be required to return their signed Non-Disclosure Agreement through the e-tendering portal in order to receive both the TUPE information and the link to the video demonstration of the current system.
