Description
This Professional Services Framework (Construction Programme) will be a single-supplier Framework Agreement where the appointed Consultant will act as the lead consultant and will assemble a professional team.\r

It is envisaged the team will comprise of the following disciples (but not limited to), reporting to the OREC Project Programme Manager and OREC Governance Board as required:\r

• Project Manager;\r
• Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager;\r
• Architect;\r
• Civil Engineering;\r
• Structural Engineer;\r
• Building Services / M&E Engineer;\r
• Building Surveyor;\r
• CDM Coordinator and;\r
• Lead Consultant.
