Description

Identify, analyse and drive the research and gathering of requirements against those articulated for the project determining the need and value within context.
Facilitate and engage with stakeholders, users and owners to ensure a full system of operation landscape is presented and understood in the delivery of common purpose.
Identify, analyse and articulate the potential consequences of changes and estimate the modification needed to accomplish that change successfully.
Evaluate requirements against the present state (where we are) and the target state (where we want to be) identifying opportunities to develop successful requirements needed to make the transition. Coordinate work to ensure business needs are translated into solutions against identified timelines.
Produce, assist and present outputs including frameworks; operating models; functional specifications; user cases; user stories; testing plans and strategy; entry/exit and go/no go criteria; defect analysis; forms and templates; guidance; business case untiring a range of appropriate tools and techniques.
Ensure that individual and organisational learning and talent development opportunities are fully exploited in order to enhance organisational capability.
About The Candidate (specialist skills & requirements):
Developing requirements by capturing stakeholder needs, assessing, defining and justifying those needs to arrive at an agreed schedule of requirements.
Developing solutions by identifying, documenting and analysing the various delivery options and select the optimal solution.
Engaging stakeholders by identifying, analysing and communicating, using appropriate channels, to ensure all those impacted by the change are engaged, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests.
