Description
Colchester Borough Homes are looking to carry out refurbishment works to its garage stock within the Borough of Colchester.
This tender will be based on the refurbishment of block 1-35 Spruce Avenue, Greenstead Est, Colchester, Essex.
The rates of the successful bidder will be carried forward and used for further potential sites, based on acceptable performance. The sites will be a combination of both brick built and prefabrication garage blocks.
The work will include, the removal of the existing asbestos sheet roof, replacement of the new sheet roof, fascia's, rainwater goods, garage doors and the making good of any brick/blockwork repairs. This in accordance with the supplied specification.
