Description

Supply, installation, commissioning and on-going maintenance of a Queue Management System (QMS). The QMS is to be installed in the Customer Service Centre at Kensington Town Hall and be operational by May 2017.

On-going maintenance of the system will need to be provided until 2020.

There is provision for a 12 months extension to the contract.
