Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBofH) is seeking a Sales Agent for the sale of 20 shared ownership properties on the open market. We wish to procure the services of a specialist team to carry out this service for us. Property completion is the 30th Nov 2016.

To sell 20 shared ownership units at Packet Boat House by April 2017.

Given the niche shared ownership market in London a specialist agent would be more informed of the peculiarities surrounding the sector. The shared ownership scheme is a long established means of getting lower-income groups into the housing market.

The specialised agent would give the specialist guidance and advice to the prospective purchaser.
