Description

Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice with a view to completing a Direct Award to Sally Cray Associates

The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal.

HEE is seeking a provider to provider to deliver a comprehensive programme of support and development in the delivery of the Public Health Practitioner Development Programme.

HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the following skills/tools provided by Sally Cray Associates as a current supplier for the following reasons:

Sally Cray Associates have the knowledge, experience, capacity and capabilities to deliver the programme ensuring HEE delivers against its core functions in a timely and efficient way. For London, it is paramount that there is seamless continuity of the PH Practitioner Programme ensuring the experience and geographical understanding of the PH workforce is used to ensure delivery of this 12-month programme.
Transition to a new supplier would mean the need for comprehensive induction to the work and organizational memory for the work would be lost, this will mean that timely delivery would not be achieved, given this is a fast-paced programme.
Ensuring the delivery of a successful London scheme will require the appropriate level of expertise and experience to ensure the programme hits the ground running.
