Description

The Authority is looking to appoint a supplier who would carry out research into Electrical and Electronic Equipment: Ingredients for Successful Extended Producer Responsibility to identify the essential characteristics for a successful extended producer responsibility regime for electrical and electronic equipment that reflects the Government's key priority of embracing the "polluter pay" principle whilst ensuring maximum environment benefits are achieved at proportionate cost to business and reflects the life cycle approach to resources and waste that is a feature of the forthcoming Resources and Waste Strategy.
