Description
Somerset Council (SC) is currently engaged with significant investment in creating residential children's homes. Meads House (formerly known as Mirrolds) in Touches Lane, Chard is currently a four bedroomed property which Somerset Council wish to convert into a 2 bedroom (+ staff sleeping accommodation) children's home. The property is currently vacant. Internal re-configuration (primarily to the first floor) and significant refurbishment and upgrade of the existing accommodation is required.
