Description

Wakefield Council is seeking to appoint an organisation with experience of carrying out qualitative interviews with multidisciplinary teams working within complex service delivery environments to deliver an External Evaluation of Connecting Care (Multispecialty Community Provider, MCP) from the perspective and views of staff (including managers) involved in the MCP.
