Description

The objective of this work is to maintain a direct hire approach wherever possible and identify a variety of sources to attract diverse candidates to WRAP.
In particular, excellent candidate sourcing skills are required to attract relevant talent from a diverse pool, to reflect the communities WRAP serves and help achieve WRAP's diversity objectives.
