Description

Colston Hall Phase 2 Stage Technical Consultant

The appointment of a Technical Stage Consultant to develop a world class concert hall.

The TSC, will be required to progress the findings of the Design team and coordinate planning and implementation with Stakeholders for Project. The intention is to develop through a re-imagining and substantial new build within the envelope of the existing grade II listed building .

The brief for this ITT is to commission further proposed redevelopment to Colston Hall building and it's use, so that a more enhanced experience and flexibility can be incorporated as well as a sustainable, cost effective approach.
