The works shall be procured through a JCT 'Design and Build' contract with minor amendments and shall comprise the following works:
~ Restoration of a Grade 2 Listed Coach House building to create a high-quality Restaurant, Bar and Kitchen.
~ The works will also include upgrading and remodelling to all areas and new M&E throughout
~ Demolition of an adjacent stable block which is to be replaced by a single-story masonry structure to house kitchen facilities linked to the refurbished area.
~ An external wall and reproduction monk's cell are also included in the works.
The works are in Coventry at the Charterhouse Priory of St Anne, CV1 2JR. Adjacent buildings on the site are currently undergoing refurbishment works, which are scheduled for completion before works start on the Venue project.
