Consultancy Services of automating data collection from TSD system for SHREWD Resilience platform providing:
detailed end-to-end current state process
assessment.
• A baseline assessment of the staff time and
cost to complete the current process.
• A draft future state process map. This will
include a Product Design Document (PDD)
which will be required to configure the RPA
bot(s).
• A draft RPA implementation plan (coproduced
with UHP) with timeline.
